Il problema sembra essere con il file "valkyrienskies-118-2.1.0-beta.10.jar" (probabilmente perchè è una beta, e non del tutto stabile). Puoi toglierla dal pack se non ti è indispensabile, oppure provare a contattare gli autori, riportano il crash report. In ogni caso, verifica sempre per prima cosa che tutto funzioni senza la mod indicata.

Sicuramente sarà cambiato il crash report dopo aver rimosso la mod, posta quello aggiornato.

Potrebbe anche essere la OptiFine, in realtà, quindi a questo punto prova togliendo quella. In generale, se dal crash report non è chiaro quale sia la causa del problema, prova a disattivare le mod una ad una, fino a quando il crash non si risolve. A quel punto, comincia a riattivarle (in ordine diverso, possibilmente), fino a quando non trovi il problema. Facci sapere se riesci a risolvere.

Ho provato e togliendo l'optifine funziona, l'optifine nel modpack mi serve, avrebbe qualche mod da consigliarmi che abbia più o meno le stesse funzionalità dell'optifine?

Purtroppo non sono molto aggiornato, un tempo c'erano un paio di alternative, ma non mi risulta siano ancora in sviluppo. Ho trovato questo su Google https://fabricmc.net/wiki/optifine-alternatives, dai un'occhiata e vedi se trovi qualcosa che può fare al caso tuo.
